Using this website

You may use this site to research Land Rail Safaris products and contact the Nairobi office. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use automated access in a way that harms availability for other visitors.

Catalogue information and quotations

Package pages describe the approved catalogue and display the current public catalogue price or “On Request”. They are an invitation to enquire, not an automatic booking or promise of availability. Dates, availability, supplier space, permits, final inclusions, payment terms and the total price are confirmed in the written quotation or booking confirmation issued for your journey.

A booking exists only when Land Rail confirms it in writing and the stated booking requirements have been met. Read the Booking Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy before committing.

Accuracy and travel conditions

Land Rail takes reasonable care with published information. Safari conditions can nevertheless change because of weather, roads, park rules, wildlife movements, border procedures, supplier operations or safety needs. Wildlife sightings, summit success, journey times and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Site copy, branding, layout and locally held photographs may be protected by Land Rail’s rights or the rights and licences of their creators. You may view and share links to the site for personal trip planning. You may not reproduce the site commercially or remove credits, notices or technical protections without permission.

External services and links

Links to WhatsApp, social networks, review services, map, hosting or other websites are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link or a name on the partners page does not by itself imply endorsement of every statement or service on another site.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Land Rail is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the site, unavailable third-party services, or decisions made without obtaining the final written quotation and travel advice relevant to the traveller.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, while preserving any mandatory rights that apply to a traveller. The parties should first try to resolve a concern directly and in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction unless a different mandatory forum applies.
