From the great customer service by Joy to the wonderful driver we had (Clinton) it was a dream. The budget accommodation we purchased was absolutely fine, everyone in the eco camp was friendly and we saw so many animals, it's all a blur. Of course, I remember seeing all of the Big 5, and that's something not everyone gets to experience.
